The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami is the first residential building from The Standard hotel brand, at 3100 NE 1st Avenue in Midtown, steps from the Design District and Wynwood. Arquitectonica designed the 12-story building, and Urban Robot did the interiors with The Standard's bold colors and sense of humor. Its 228 residences, studios to two bedrooms of about 430 to 1,425 sq ft, are designed as easy pieds-à-terre with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, and owners have flexible rental options. More than 40,000 sq ft of amenities include a rooftop pool and sun deck, a rooftop dining terrace, a lobby lounge, The Standard Social Club with games, a pickleball court, a fitness center, a library and co-working space, plus 10,000 sq ft of ground-floor shops and restaurants. Residences are move-in ready.
