Selene Oceanfront Residences is a pair of slender 26-story towers by Kolter Urban at 3000 Alhambra Street, directly on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Rising about 300 feet, they are the tallest buildings on this stretch of the beach, with views of the Atlantic, the Intracoastal and the city skyline. Kobi Karp designed the towers, and ID & Design International did the interiors. There are 196 residences with two and three bedrooms plus penthouses, about 1,790 to 4,010 sq ft, each with a large private terrace. Amenities include an oceanfront pool deck with cabanas, a beachfront restaurant, a fitness center and spa, a residents' lounge, a club room and beach service. The building is complete and move-in ready. The developer is in its final release, and buying directly includes incentives such as a personalization credit.
