3000 Waterside is an 18-story waterfront condominium by Claridge Homes at 3000 East Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, on the Intracoastal Waterway near the Galt Ocean Mile beaches. FSMY Architects designed the gently curving tower, and Manhas Design did the interiors. It has 129 residences with flowing layouts, wide terraces and views over the water and the city. Amenities include a two-story lobby, a resort-style pool deck, a rooftop terrace with fire features, a waterside restaurant, a spa with treatment rooms, a fitness center, a party room and a billiards lounge. Prices start around $950,000, and completion is expected in 2028.
